Writing
was used as a decorated element in the external fronts or in the entrance or the front
situated on the Dish
In the first 4 H Century the squared kufian writing
was used in Egypt in Nile Measure in El Roda ( 247 H / 861 AD )
while the flowered Kufian writing was found in Egypt in the end of the 20 Th AD and was
rarely used in the Mamluk age . |

Till the end of the Fatmid age the Quranic verses and historic
provisions were written in Kufian Writing , yet few writing we found , simple writing on
the cloth in that age also in the end of the Fatmids age , some letters in simple writing
were found within the Kufian
writing in El Saleh Talaae`s Mosque (555 H/1160AD).
Simple writing was found in Syria before this , so we find it in the light house of
the big Mosque in Halab of Judje Abu el- Hassan Mohammed `s Works ( 483 H/ 1090 AD ) . |
In the Aubian Age the Simple Writing
prevailed in the historic provisions with using the kufian writing for the Quranic Verses
.
while in the Marine Mamluke`s , the simple writing was used and is greatly alike the
triangle writing yet the simple letters are distinguished by severe angels on the
centrally of the triangle line which are of flexible angles , also the triangle is
distinguished by lots of letters formations which prove the writer capability .
It could be easily distinguished among it for
example in the Arabic letter
(A,D,R) as the A letter ( Alif) in the mid of the word is crushed in simple writing and
evacuated in the triangle .
| The Kufian writing was also found in the Quranic verses beside
the Naskh Writing , very few examples were found in using the historic provisions . |

-We notice the usage of the Holy
quranic verses that had a normal relation to the Place usage . Thus we find the Pulpit in
the following verses ,(Sura 2/144 /150)
In the drinking fountain the Holy verse was found
(Sura 76/18/ 5) .The holy verses were mostly found on Minarets and pulpits (Sura 62/ 9).
On the Pulpit`s door (Sura 16/90) was found .On the Mosque's doors and fronts are the
following verses (Sura 9/18,sura 62 /4 ).
While in the Burial we find special verses of
paradise and life among which are (Sura 44 / 65-71 ). |
