Art is the mirror of a culture and its world view, There is no case to which this statement more directly applies than to the art of the Islamic world. Not only does its art reflect its cultural values, but even more importantly, the way in which its adherents, the Muslims, view the spiritual realm, the universe, life, and the relationship of the parts to the whole.

For the Muslim, reality begins with and centers around God ("Allah" in Arabic), the One, the Unique, the Sovereign, the Holy, the Almighty, the All-Knowing, the Loving, the Most Merciful. All existence is subject to His will and His laws. He is the center of conscious Muslims' worship and aspirations, the focus of their lives.

Civilization is the state's most superior and remaining tradition, the Arabs and those who believed in Islam had tradition, participation and innovation since the Ancient ages, yet it had not became deep, comprehensive, brightened but with Islam, whose conquests extended from India in eastern the Atlantic ocean in west, remaining stable in some of its countries, passing or neighboring each other.

These and those sciences and arts thus they brought it into it and they mingled between its sciences and there's.Here Islam shined with what gave destination and science, fairness and arts renaissance and industries a security and life's means, progress and happiness.

The substantial civilization we mean the remainder antiquities are the most sincere and most strong proof than the narrated, written civilization or of these taken by comprehension and conclusion.

If civilization's scientists gained its nobles they would have had strong proofs and full resources of searching assets for the Islamic civilization of its ancient and its modern, and ammunition full of meetings between each civilization in it and the rest ones in its successive stages.

If scientists of civilization's history are depending in their studies on the Nations' remainders of transmitted curios of pleasure, tools...... etc through which they got acquainted and its conditions, habits and the way it was in its life and daily living, through which they measure its progress and back-wardens degrees, originality or fakeness and how this all connect and the ability of improving industry, varying life's needs , intelligence, good taste and the technical skill.

We say if the transmitted curios had such appreciation at the scientists of civilization's history which is a great deal, there is no doubt that stable curios, we mean establishments and buildings had greater deal of concluding the stable facts that don't fear, thus architecture and what is similar to it of old antiquities on the top of what are adhered by scientists of civilization's history listening to it and finding out what it hides and declares when they wrote down the history of ancient people .

With such a belief system, the Muslim is convinced of the balance and harmony of all things in existence, even when there appear to be confusing contradictions and imbalances, regarding these as the reflection of man's limited understanding and knowledge. Nothing is looked upon as occurring randomly or by chance, for all is part of the Plan of the All-Wise, Most Merciful Planner. One of the vital beliefs of the Muslim is that the totality of things, all good and evil, proceed from the Lord of all being.

Because of the strict injunctions against such depictions of humans or animals which might result in idol-worship, Islamic art developed a unique character, utilizing a number of primary forms: geometric, arabesque, floral, and calligraphic, which are often interwoven. From early times, Muslim art has reflected this balanced, harmonious world-view.
