Engineering from KFUPM in 1988, have worked for ISCOSA for a year, from
1989 to present he has joined WESCOSA where he is handling the Switchgear
Business Unit.
Abstract:
Medium Voltage Circuit Breakers that are manufactured
to the old NEMA/ANSI standards tend to have variable current interrupting
capabilities that are based on the operating voltage, which ranges between the
maximum breaker's designed voltage and a minimum voltage limit. Such variation
is controlled by the ANSI introduced "K Factor"
